A.        Property Management

Professional approach to property management is essential to achieve maximum returns to an investment in property. Competent management of a building or an individual property will keep operating costs competitive and maximize the efficiency of building operations.

Scope of Works

  • To maximize occupancy and optimize usage of building space for maximum economic return;
  • To advise on rentals, service charges, sinking funds and other costs;
  • To advise and administer leases and tenancies;
  • To monitor and enforce all covenants of leases and tenancies;
  • To collect rentals, service charges, water charges, etc. on behalf of owners;

  • To employ, administer and supervise staff and contract services to achieve optimum physical standards and services for managed buildings;
  • To undertake periodic physical inspection to ensure all building components are maintain in accordance with good management practice;
  • To advice on upgrading and beautification works (if necessary) to ensure managed building remains competitive at all times.
